Health Insurance
We are providers for AETNA, ANTHEM BC/BS, CIGNA, DEFINITY HEALH, OHIO HELALTH CHOICE, PARAMOUNT, MEDICAL MUTUAL OF OHIO, MEDICARE, HUMANA, and many more.  Most insurance plans cover chiropractic, but feel free to contact our office and we can make you aware up front of approximately how much you may or may not be responsible for.

Work Injuries (Worker's Comp)
We are providers for the Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation.  If you have been hurt at work you have the right to see any OHIO provider for you injury.  Our office has had much success with returning people back to work after an injury.

Auto Accidents and/or "slip or falls"
If you were involved in an auto accident or a personal injury, be sure to make us aware of the incident.  Insurances have a special division that will cover treatments for any injuries that you have sustained.

Medicare/Medicaid
Our office does accept medicare and medicaid.  As of January 1, 2008, Ohio Medicaid now covers chiropractic care again.  Medicare will cover the adjustment portion of treatment, and you will need to check on your secondary/supplement to cover the rest.

Covers 20 visits/year ( co-pay and deductable may apply)

Anthem BC/BS Heinz Employees
Covers unlimited chiropractic care with medical necessity (co-pay and deductable may apply)

Anthem BC/BS Curwood Employees
Covers 38 visits/year (co-pay and deductable may apply)

Whirlpool Employees (United Health and Health Scope)
Covers 20 visits/year (co-pay and deductable may apply)

Medicaid/Buckeye/Caresource/Paramount
Covers X-rays and 15 visits/year

Medicare
Covers 12 visits then medical necessity for 1 year.
