Dr. Tracy grew up in Curtice, Ohio.  He attend Genoa Area Schools and Cardinal Stritch High School. After high school, Dr. Tracy attended Bowling Green State University majoring in Biology/Pre-Med.  Dr. Tracy received his Bacholarete in Science and Doctorate in Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. 

Dr. Tracy is a member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association as well as the American Chiropractic Association.  He continues to increase with knowledge with continuing education classes throughout the year. 

Dr. Tracy began private practice in 1999 when he formed Back Care of Tiffin.   In 2005, he purchased Fremont Medical Clinic and continues to practice there as Fremont Chiropractic Clinic. 

Dr. Tracy resides with his family in Woodville, Ohio where he has been elected to Woodville Village Council.
